About Altitudeless (Barometer Alarm)
If you are on the move in the mountains while having no or barely any connectivity, then this application is for you! Basically it will warn you of sudden air pressure changes while being independent of altitude changes.
What is so unique about this? Normally air pressure will change with elevation! So the application will use GPS altitude data to acc for this by calculating a normalized air pressure value. It then watches the tendency of that pressure value over the previous Three hours and warn on demand.
What does a sudden air pressure change indicate? Without going into details, it can indicate a change in weather to be expected.
There are no ads or analytics and the application relies on generosity alone. Your data is safe, will only be stored locally, and never be shared with anybody. The excellent application for running, hiking, biking or skiing in the mountains without a stable Internet connection.
!Important! This application will only work (and be available for download) if your device has a barometric sensor built-in (as well as a GPS receiver)!
